Sixteen of the 17 men arrested during a three-day Internet child sex crime investigation had made their first appearance in county courtrooms through Monday.
The state Division of Criminal Investigation said the suspects are:
Charles Zimmerman, 37, Poynette, arrested March 12 in Madison, charged with trafficking of a child;
Timothy M. Marking, 49, DeForest, arrested March 12 in Madison, charged with trafficking of a child and child enticement;
Matthew J. Micksch, 26, Ashwaubenon, arrested March 12 in Green Bay, charged with child enticement;
Benjamin W. Lahti, 24, Ironwood, Mich., arrested March 12 in Minocqua, charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, exposing a child to harmful materials and possession of drug paraphernalia;
Marc S. Marion, 54, Madison, arrested March 13 in Madison, charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime;
Jeremy W. Stegall, 29, Fitchburg, arrested March 13 in Madison, charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime;
Douglas Crueger, 44, Coloma, arrested March 13 in Madison, charged with solicitation ofprostitutes;
William C. Ward, 27, Kewaunee, arrested March 13 in Green Bay, charged with trafficking of a child;
Phillip Waller, 36, Wausau, arrested March 13 in Wausau, charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime;
Craig R. Nelson, 34, Suamico, arrested March 13 in Green Bay, charged with trafficking of a child, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia;
Joshua J. Fumelle, 23, Appleton, arrested March 13 in Green Bay, charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and child enticement;
Daniel W. Moctezuma, 39, Zion, Ill., arrested March 14 in Kenosha, charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement and second-degree sexual assault of a child;
Mark A. Randall, 42, Oshkosh, arrested March 14 in Appleton, charged with trafficking of a child, child enticement and resisting or obstructing an officer;
Timothy J. Belz, 18, Sun Prairie, arrested March 14 in Madison, charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and solicitation of prostitutes; Belz Photo
Ryan D. Gleason, 21, De Pere, arrested March 14 in Green Bay, tentatively charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime;
Jeffery D. Vadnais-Speck, 27, Shawano, arrested March 14 in Shawano, charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime;
Michael R. Wenzel, 65, De Pere, arrested March 14 in Green Bay, charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime.
The DCI said investigation continues into other individuals identified as a result of the operation.
